Aline Stoll is the founder of svolta and manages all mandates. She specialises in organisational development in the public sector. She draws on her many years of multi-sector experience<\/a> \u00a0<\/span>in organisational consulting and training.<\/p>\n

Thanks to a network\u00a0<\/span>and cooperation<\/a> with experts from practice and science, svolta can count on interdisciplinary competences depending on the client’s issues.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

I am convinced that new ways of working will be needed in the future. I dedicate myself intensively to agile forms of organisation and the implications of digital transformation for people, organisations and society. What values are important to you, employees and partners? Only when we know the values can we appreciate them and use their potential for personnel and organisational development in a people-centred and value-oriented way. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

How can we jointly develop organisations and teams? Through trusting relationships, which I also consider to include a clear commitment to responsibility, continuous dialogue, transparency in communication and openness to change. Without trust, it is not possible to focus on results and quality.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

How can we become better? By constantly questioning and challenging ourselves. This is also what the agile way of working is about: success through adaptability, through process clarity with a certain degree of openness in terms of contents.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
